Our On-Site Partners Provide Essential Services in Greenville, SC

At the Center for Community Services, we’ve made it our mission to provide a multiservice community space where our on-site partners work alongside us to help our local community here in Southern Greenville County thrive.

On-site partners located here at our Golden Strip location include:

WIC

WIC (Women, Infants, Children)

Eligible pregnant women, breastfeeding and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and infants and children up to age five can receive supplemental foods like milk, cereal, formula, and more, health care referrals, and nutrition education through this program.

Greenville Free Medical Clinic

Greenville Free Medical Clinic

Greenville County residents who do not have access to Medicare, Medicaid, or other forms of health insurance can receive health care services through this clinic. You must meet low-income Clinic guidelines to be eligible.

Simpsonville Learning Center

Simpsonville Learning Center

Any adult seeking to improve reading, writing, or math skills and adults seeking GED or WorkKeys certifications may attend classes in math, reading, and basic literacy or GED preparation. ESL classes are also available.

Parenting

Strengthening Families Parenting Program

A weekly program utilizing proven strategies for building stronger family relationships, improved school performance, and creating long-lasting family bonds. Dinner and childcare are provided.

Head start program

SHARE Head Start and Early Head Start

Head Start is far more than childcare. Eligible families can enroll in Head Start programs that improve physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development in children aged 6 months to 5 years.
