Benefit Assistance- SNAP and Medicaid
At CCS, we have case managers who will help you apply for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) and Medicaid.
Who: Betsy and Ashley can check your eligibility, or you can visit www.snap-step1.usda.gov/fns/ to see if you qualify.
Where: Center for Community Services, Building 7 (first building on your right when you pull into the driveway).
When: Walk-ins welcome, or, schedule an appointment between 9:00am and 5pm
- Social Security cards for yourself and household members
- a photo ID (such as a Driver's License or SC State ID)
- proof of income
- Rent or Mortgage bill
- Utility bill
- Outstanding medical bills
