Wednesdays: 8:30 & 12:30 by appointment with VERY LIMITED walk-ins.
The Greenville Free Medical Clinic serves county residents who do not have access to Medicare, Medicaid, or other forms of health insurance. You must meet low-income Clinic guidelines in order to be seen.
To be seen by the Greenville Free Clinic, you must bring:
- Picture ID (a Driver's License or State ID will be fine)
- Proof of residency in Greenville County (current utility bill in your name, mortgage or rental agreement in your name, recent piece of mail with your name and address)
- Proof of all household income for past 30 days (recent paycheck stubs, W2 or income tax return, DSS eligibility letter, food stamp letter with dollar amount, federal tax return including schedule C if self-employed, or a notarized original gross earnings statement from employer on company letterhead)
- Anyone with a Social Security number must bring documentation, like a Social Security card.
There is a once a year $20 co-pay for medication. You must bring proof of income information with you to qualify for the medication program.
