Help with WIC (Women, Infants, Children) from the Center for Community ServicesWhat is WIC?

WIC (or Women, Infants, and Children) is here to help you make sure that your family stays fed. WIC is housed here at CCS to help you determine your eligibility, and give you aid in applying for WIC benefits.

How does WIC Work?

WIC involves food vouchers that allow pregnant women and mothers of children from infancy through age five to continue to bolster their diet with much-needed nutrition. Must meet certain guildelines to qualify. DHEC also provides nutritional counseling, so even after you no longer need WIC's help, you'll be able to make the right dietary choices for you and your family.
